Parable written by Brooks about a ruler of a kingdom and his appointed captain. The people loved the ruler but believed him wrong for not changing the captain, who was not a fighting man.

Transcription3; said: we by means of the arts of "wire pulling" and "[????]" will soon change the heart of your Ruler toward this Captain-so that he shall appoint a new Captain over his Iron Ships. [????] which the heart of [Bruxy?], one of them who fought on the land, ever with spades, is greatly rejoiced. Mr. [????] is here spending a few days with the General. He came down with me on the Delaware.
