Make a Sap forward leaving 2nd Parallel at Left Napoleon, and striking obstacle to Left of its salient; In charge Capt. [Captain] Walker and 50 Infantry 4 Engineers; 4th. Fill in sand with wheel barrows on N. [North] side of Lookout; 5th. Fill in Platforms of heavy guns with sand to same level for 6 feet in rear; In charge Sergt. [Sergeant] Williams; Detail 12 Infantry.
