Completed brick magazine in 5th Parallel; Detail 16 Engrs. [Engineers] and 150 Infantry; Material used 120 sand bags and gabions. Capt. [Captain] Suess went on duty at 8 o'c P.M. and was relieved at 4 o'c A.M.; Approaches to Fort Wagner.
